Update on Rare Operation Loot

Yesterday I posted that I wasn't seeing any rare operation loot. I'm currently of the opinion that there is a daily limit on rare loot. This morning, it was dropping fine, until I got 7 rare loots (I may have also got some from feed rewards, so I'm going to guess there may be a daily limit of 10 rare loots).

Operation Loot Nerfed?

Okay, this has been bugging me for the last few days. I've done quite a few operations since they've been released, so I have a rough idea just how rare items such as the Grim Reaper and Z17 Micro are.

Take a look at the loot I got just now (not sure exactly how many operations I did, but most were Transport Stolen Uranium - the most common operation, and also the one that should drop Grim Reapers and Z17 Micros).

Usually, I would have expected at least a couple of rare loots from that. But for the last few days, I've hardly see anything good! Has anyone else noticed this?
